1. Who we are and scope
This website is operated by Infraweb (Pty) Ltd, a South African company with business registration number 2025/049318/07 (“Infraweb”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Legal enquiries may be sent to legal@infraweb.co.za.
These terms apply to use of our website and portal. A quotation, proposal, service-level agreement or other written agreement accepted by the parties governs a particular engagement. These website terms do not replace that agreement or reduce rights that the law makes compulsory.
2. Website information and enquiries
Website content describes our capabilities and provides general information. Unless expressly stated in a written offer, it is not a binding quotation, an uptime commitment or a promise that a particular service will suit every purpose. Sending an enquiry does not by itself create a service contract.
Prices, scope, delivery dates, taxes, payment terms, cancellation rights and service responsibilities must be established in the applicable written agreement. This website does not currently take payments or conclude online purchases.
3. Responsible use
Use the website lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability or security, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the website to distribute unlawful material. Do not submit confidential third-party information unless you have authority to do so.
We may take proportionate steps to protect the website, investigate misuse or comply with the law. Where reasonably practicable and appropriate, we will explain a restriction and provide a way to raise a concern.
4. Customer accounts
Customer accounts are intended for authorised customers and their approved representatives. Keep your login details private, choose a unique password, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You must have authority to act for any business whose details you provide.
Portal information is provided for account administration. It does not create an additional service, billing or support commitment unless the applicable written agreement says so. We may restrict compromised or misused accounts where reasonably necessary for security or a legal obligation.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise identified, Infraweb owns or is authorised to use the website’s original text, graphics, design and software. You may view the website and make reasonable copies for your own lawful reference. Other reproduction, resale or commercial exploitation requires permission or a right provided by law.
Third-party names, marks, software and data remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or a partnership. Rights in commissioned work are determined by the applicable service agreement.
6. Third-party links and public data
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, availability or privacy practices. Review the relevant provider’s terms before using an external service.
Technology Pulse information includes cached exchange rates, cryptocurrency references, public service-health reports and synthetic response-time measurements. Coverage and refresh periods differ. These observations may be delayed or incomplete; they are not financial advice, live trading quotations, a global speed ranking or a contractual availability guarantee. Microsoft’s public status feed is not a tenant-specific Microsoft 365 health report.
7. Availability, errors and omissions
We take reasonable care with the website but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every item will always be current or error-free. Maintenance, network conditions, third-party failures and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect access.
Errors and omissions excepted (“E&OE”) means we may correct genuine mistakes. It does not allow us to disregard an accepted contract, statutory consumer rights or obligations imposed by law. Please tell us about a suspected error so that we can investigate.
8. Liability and your statutory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising from unlawful use of the website or reliance on general website information where reliance would be unreasonable in the circumstances. Liability for contracted services is governed by the applicable agreement and the law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing removes protections or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection, privacy or other mandatory law, including the Consumer Protection Act where it applies.
9. Changes, governing law and concerns
We may update these website terms prospectively and publish the revised date on this page. A material change to an existing service contract requires the process agreed in that contract or required by law.
South African law applies, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you. Disputes may be brought before a court or other competent body with lawful jurisdiction. Please first contact legal@infraweb.co.za so that we can try to resolve a concern, without limiting your right to approach a regulator, ombud or court.
